aside: You really should stop uploading in BMP however - the fact it only works reliably on windows is not as much of an issue on a windows-only game forum, but its a senseless waste of space and bandwidth, and even on fiber-optic like I am it takes multiple seconds to dl one of your screens ...

If you use photobucket it can convert it to .jpg as you upload.

edit: but unless you use paid photobucket you won't be getting the full 1920x1080

What Windows? As of 7 Paint will convert to .jpg.
