All Rivet City Security are dressed as teddy bears, and the other 'civilians' are Aliens. The children are ordinary teddy bears because it looks so cute

This makes me think of Jericho.

It would be fun seeing him in that costume running around "Two Shots! Two Shots!" and all his cursing. lol.
Too bad there is no way to place a 1/2 burned cigar in his mouth why he is fighting.

I just use Usable Cigarettes to equip one in his mouth whenever he follows me I'm sure modifying that model to be half length and adding some ash and glow to the end would be failry easy for someone with the modelling skill, I could probably pull off the texture.

Earlier in the thread I saw a few pics of someone wearing a Power Helmet and what looked like a Pre War Hat at the same time- what mod does this, and does it allow clothes to stack as well? I really want to wear a duster over my Combat Armour.

I'm currently downloading Hair Pack again seeing as now it has male hair, at last. What he has now is only a placeholder. There wasn't really much to choose from that suited him.

There is a http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=5562 that's pretty nice, allows you to put an invisible 50DR vest on in a third armor slot so if you want to you can go around wearing a Wasteland Settler outfit (or perhaps slightly more stylish clothing) without a defense hit. It's really great if you've gotten tired of Power Armoring through everything. See below:

Somehow I don't think bright gold is really Jericho's color...but I think Charon's look is my favorite ever for him. It might be because his face is mostly hidden, though.
