Might want to redownload the mod, since your mesh(or maybe texture) on the rifle is making the texture align incorrectly.

Ok, take a closer look at the front part before the arc: That should be a pure orange color, like the one in http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/images/3484-1-1237394778.jpg image. But it instead is a mix of colors. The rear handle is one pure color: Metal. Yet in yours it has black through out it.
This is a sign that you installed the UFO3P after the Awesomefied Plasma Rifle, which causes this issue(I get it quite often).

Just for the sake of fun, I can just imagine how many Yards back you would be thrown by firing it - alot like the Desert Eagles kick.

Yes I installed UF3P after that mod as I only recently re-downloaded UF3P as I thought I was behind in a version.
:lightbulb: Ah! Come to think of it at times I've wondered why parts were funny colors, like patchy orange and black like a misaligned texture or the wrong sized texture.
I have now downloaded the mod again, as well as his update and have reinstalled (removing the old entirely).
