Uh oh. Time to summon the plastic surgeon again. My new character looks a lot like her. I've changed her face so many times as she looked too much like Sydney. I certainly can't have her looking like someone else's character, either. She must be unique :P

It must be the face shapes, but your characters remind me of High Elves from Oblivion. To me they were elegant and mysterious, not to mention snotty, especially after Veritas gave them make-overs (TNR). They were my favorite race, unfortunately I couldn't make anything nice from them.
I like that first outfit, though. Dimonized? *fingers crossed* :P

How to take screenshots:
1. Press the \"PrtScrn\" button. Should be above Insert or Home.
2. You SHOULD see \"Screenshot captured\" (you wont see this if you have \"tm\" on) If you don't, the picture was still saved to your clipboard and can be loaded and saved on a program like paint. (By pasting)
3. If you do see it, it should be in ON VISTA: C:\\Users\\Your Computer User Name\\Documents\\My Games\\Fallout3
ON XP]: they should be stored in your Fallout install directory (/Bethesda Softworks/Fallout3).

im running with vista, when i take screenshots like that they allways go to my Fallout install directory.. great screenshots guys/girls/whatever :)

Most of my characters are transfers of my Oblivion faces into FO3. Although not all faces made into OB. :) The outfit you mentioned is for exnem body.

Doesn't bug me. I try to make my character actually look like a 19 year old :P Tried to model her loosely based on my girlfriend, who is 18.

Nope, I just looked there and I can't find them. Only thing in that map is my saves, some configuration stuff and a .txt. I'm on Vista, and the "Screenshot captured" does show up when I press Prt Scr. I've looked through the whole Fallout 3 map in Program Files too, it isn't there either. I guess I'll have to paste them in Paint, which svcks because I can't alt+tab without the game crashing :stare:

Is UAC turned off or off in your system? i would say that in Vista installing fallout 3 to the program files folder is a bad idea, specially if you have UAC turned on...

How do I turn off the UAC, and what are the risks by doing that?

The UAC is just one part of your system's protection against remote hackers and viruses.

This is where your screenshots are being saved.

C:\Users\"Your Username"\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Fallout 3

You'll need to first enable "Show hidden files and folders" in "Organize > View" or Folder Options.

In order to bypass Fallout 3 putting the files there in the future you need to do this as an Administrator:

1. Right Click your Fallout 3 folder (not the VirtualStore one, this one : C:\Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Fallout 3)
2. Click Properties
3. Click Security
4. Click Edit
5. Click your Username in the list.
6. Check Full control.
7. Click OK.

That allows your screenshots (and GECK made mods) to be saved in the normal folder rather than VirtualStore, and still maintain the protection UAC offers.

@ ninja gaiden:

ive been working on it. I imported the fxlightbeambrt01 from the bsa into nifskope then scaled it down and put it at the end of the flashilght. the only problem is it never goes off, even when the gun is on your back. if someone thinks that they could use fose and bind a key for the flashlight, pm me and ill sen you the nifskope model with the light on and the one with the light off.

(couldnt get the quote thing to work)

Then they changed the rules. Besides, to my knowledge there is no issue with the weapon (SCAR, iirc), just the armor the weapon comes with.

Did anyone find out what mod that weapon flashlight is from?

The red eyes are from me trying to make an "Itachi" looking character. I added the beard later on though.

I like him :goodjob: Not that I know what 'Itachi' is but he looks rather real, unlike the cardboard cutout NPC's I see getting around in my game.
You're not ITOS on Nexus are you? He has some pretty cool/lifelike-looking characters, too. I so need a new video card, I think :)

Thanks :D He took a couple of hours but it's well worth it.
Itachi is a character from the manga "Naruto" which I used to read. He was always my favorite so I thought I would give it a try and make him :D
No mod for the headband and it's impossible to do the lines under his eyes so I did the closest to him I could :). I like him with a beard more anyway
And no, I'm not ITOS.
