I use the nvde version of BABE Mk3, but I was browsing around in the G.E.C.K. the other day and ran across Item #89B52 - "Underwear." I don't believe it's used anywhere in the actual game, and the Wiki doesn't even mention it. So I thought "hmm..." and downloaded the Underwear version of BABE Mk3, extracted the mesh, and plopped it into the path for the Underwear item. Then I fired up the game and it looked a little off, so I grabbed the underwear textures (but not the skin textures since I already have them) from the archive as well, tossed them into the right place, and result: http://i70.photobucket.com/albums/i86/deadlykris/Fallout%203/Roberta029Nothingbutherundies.jpg The item is an outfit, so you can't wear it with anything else, but it works for my purposes: I don't have to http://i70.photobucket.com/albums/i86/deadlykris/Fallout%203/Roberta030SallyMZ.jpg in the buff (ok, yes, that's a bit past the moment of rescue, but by the time I actually rescued her I had found some Enclave clothes for my character to wear anyway)! I just made a batch file to add it via console (it also removes any existing Underwear items in your inventory, and auto-equips the underwear).

The Underwear item appears as a Vault 101 Jumpsuit on male characters, as well as when dropped by characters of either gender.

My policy has been to just post his shots. His, not mine, btw, so comments on picture quality should be addressed to my friend, not directly to me. This is purely for him to share his work here in case some folks like seeing it; if you want a discussion with him he's active on lots of other boards.

But just FYI: saturation, blur, etc are NOT photoshop filters. They're from ingame mods. So perhaps you should go post on Nexus to complain to the authors of the mods about how they're ruining the look of the game.

edit: appears '[censored]' is ok but the 'ing' form is not as far as the board's censoring goes - which might be a clue as to how acceptable that word is.

What mods gives Floyidan those effects if you know? I always do enjoy scenery and immersion.

the groovatron has a whole bunch of them. Most of floydians work come from just the groovatron effects and filters. my post back a ways I am just starting to fiddle with them so everything you see in it is just the groovatron. http://www.kfgalleries.com/galleries/d/37007-1/ScreenShot123.JPG <- done with only groovy effects.

also those latest shots kalia posted (#186) he used this http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=6977 mod. Just go to FO3 nexus and look for all the "mood" and weather mods out. As it's been said most of what Floyd does in Photoshop is just add the little stuff. Like the lens flair in the scopes and eyes.
