It's one of the running action poses from the newest version of the Groovatron. It's from the "Action Poses" mod.
That outfit turned out pretty sweet! Just throw a new texture on there and it will be awesome. :thumbsup:

This was done on an (almost) vanilla playthrough, the first after I got the GOTY. Fallout 3 is a pretty good game, even without mods.

Vicki Summer reacted with horror and disgust when she came out of the Vault and met its creatures and residents. She knew how her dad would disapprove but she couldn't help it.
Megaton was a cesspit in her opinion and it didn't help that Moriarty tried to get fresh with her when she was asking around about dad.
Thus, when a more well-dressed and mannered man called Mr Burke approached her with a little proposal, she became interested...
(Playing a really evil character with her but trying to come up with some realistic reasons she becomes that, because she is Jame's daughter and he wouldn't have raised her to be evil. It's an interesting experiment, taking someone who is descent and a bit naive and gradually turning her into a monster. Not pleasant, but interesting.
Incidentally, William is not supposed to be Jame's son. Kat is his daughter and named after both his wife and Dr Li.)

Ghouls and feral ghouls she hate especially, because she is secretly afraid that she will become one if she wanders the Wasteland too long. Trouble is, she sees no way of not wandering the wastes if she's going to find her dad...

I love how you did the buildup here. Classic, and still as effective as ever.

thats actually my favorite weather mod is the dusty air one...but he has lots of others too. But I feel the sandstorm (as its named) fits fallout 3 the most.

Thanks suntiger, I made that one for Metrophor's birthday a while back. IT was my Second shot that I really experimented with the groovatron effects.

The only mod shown in that is part of Enhanced Weather & Rain. When I deactivated the fomod the sky textures remained behind. It must be something to do with that mod originally overwriting what I had in there.
Other than that, no mod for the lighthouse. I did a bit of editing with Photo Impact to brighten it up a little and remove the scungy atmosphere.
