Seriously though, I found it a refreshing (if creepy) take on the alien probing that they, from the view you have of them, seem to be cutting up your chest or abdomen while you're still conscious instead of going for the old n' tired anol probing clich?.

With "The Paladin" is away from the Capital Wasteland, exploring Point Lookout, the residents of Megaton are without their usual protector. And so, with the threat of Raiders disrupting caravans, that Lucas Simms begrudgingly puts out the call for those heroes who work for Caps, not Honor.

Samantha's mother was one of the exploration team Vault 101 sent out decades ago. A brief fling with a Caravan Guard resulted in Samantha's conception, and her Mother chose to remain with her father until Samantha was born. Shortly there after, Samantha's mother abandoned her and her father desiring to return to Vault 101. It is unknown if she made it back and if they let her back in. Frankly, Samantha could care less. Her only link to her Mother, is the Pipboy she left on the night she disappeared.

Despite being saddled with a wailing infant in the middle of the harsh wasteland, Samantha's dad did alright in raising her, teaching her to shoot, sneak, and negotiate contracts at a young age. When she was a Teenager, she left home as many teens do - called to the various ruins of the Wasteland. Samantha's fortune was better then most, as she managed to stumble upon an old cache of weaponry leftover by a Chinese Infiltrator. These tools assisted her as he began to create a life for herself. Not as a mere Caravan Guard, but as an Assassin.

Armed with her rare silenced weaponry, she is considered by many in the Wasteland to be a ghost. Someone who slips in and slips out unseen, her deeds unheard. A specter of Death, who's wrath is not to be taken lightly. Just ask Gob, who recently became the proprietor of the Saloon in Megaton after the former owner took one too many liberties with the strangely dressed, oddly armed woman who had come to town.

I don't exactly want Akema to be associated with a certain Marvel character; she's much than a copy of a comic book character.
But yes, those insignia are similar to The Punisher logo. And thank you, I really like how the retexture turned out.

Don't worry. I recognized the insignia as the same or very similar to the skull Punisher uses, but Akema doesn't come across as a female Fallout Punisher. She's different enough that she's very much her own character.

Speaking of which, I really like the picture and how it combines a sense of tactical movement and eyecandy all in one.

Yeah, it's from Wasteland Moods.
It's actually not too far off to call Akema not human. She's basically as close as you can get to being a ghoul without having your skin fall off; she's very lucky indeed.

The textures for your character are still as fantastic as ever, especially the tattoos. Are her skin textures at higher rez than normal?

Actually they are quite reasonable. Face is standard 1024x1024 and body is 2048x2048 (original size of Dimon99 type 3 replacer ). My 7600gs don't like 4096x4096 textures even if it support this size on paper. Guess it is because slow bandwith of ddrr2 (14.2gb/s and it's when overclock is activated ).

A ghoul usually doesn't have many friends, but Moira is the best of the few Squirrel does have.
Squirrel isn't as ditzy as Moira, but she doesn't mind. Let's say they have similar interests and their love of tinkering with stuff is more important than what you look like or how eccentric you are.

DJMoose, Sinblood is good at textures and a wizard when it comes to using effects and filter in photoshop. When those come together - magic happens. As you can see.
