In the first pic he quoted, the character is laying on the ground (or at least looks like he is) which can't be done in the vanilla game. What other mods do you have that may alter that?

Oh he's actually posing from The Groovatron mod.

I thought you was talking about the first person scope view. :P

My only complaint with that mod is that I can only see the lights when I get close. I could mess around with the .ini I suppose.

I recently developed one of those but I did install all of the files. There's not supposed to be anything at all where it is. I just avoid the area now. :laugh:

Mine has those rings. I think it was called 'sky banding' in Oblivion. Someone way back tried to fix it as it was a lot worse there. I hardly notice it in Fallout, though.
Looks like your sky is a nice deep blue. For some reason I just can't get it. I bet you also get rainbow-colored horizons, too? I don't get those, either :sad:

Ah, wanted to make sure I didn't mess anything else up as usual with those rings. I notice the deep blue sky doesn't always happen, and haven't noticed those rainbow colored horizons. But if I do I'll at least share the screenshots with you :P
