By the way, Mainframe, I've got a question for ya. You mentioned that you use a combination of Fellout and Apocalypto Less Dusty for the last batch of screenies (and, I'm assuming, these pictures). How well do they play together? I'm assuming that some edits would need to be made, since they're both weather mods, but I'll do it if need be, since I really like the ambiance of those pics.

really good actually. with my load order apocalypto is closer to the top. it comes out being that fellout changes the green tint and the lighing while apocalyto gives it a good dusty feel. @ times the clouds open up and I see blue sky on the other side..kinda like the world has a layer of brown haze..all in all. perfect

Heya guys! :wavey: This is my first post here on the Fallout forums. I've had the game for...oh, maybe a week-and-a-half now. I'm starting to think I should have waited until summer when I'm off from classes. I have twenty-million papers to write, and FO sure is distracting. I'm loving it way more than I thought I would. Dang it, this thread has me thinking.... My new PC should arrive in the mail in a few days (bye bye PS3 ) I was thinking about making a badass version of myself (beard and all) as a merc with sweet combat armor, but now I'm thinking of making some badass chick after seeing this thread :shrug: I've already played both genders on the PS3 though......

Either way I'll contribute eventually to this thread, maybe see a virtual version of my epicness :hubbahubba:

Found that one in Fook2 1.1. Its the normal bandit mask.

Too many people with female characters. What I don't like is how sometimes guys make females and use mods to make them look 'hot' and half nvde. That annoys me. :facepalm:

I'll have to look that up, I haven't updated to 1.1 yet but that mesh might be very useful for my current WIP.

@Above: I can agree with you on the whole nvde mod thing but there's no rules that say a male must make a male character. In my case my current character is female simply because I couldn't think of a good male name at the time.

I'm not saying a male making a female is a bad thing. I've done it a few times before, the issue is that some guys make the females and mod them to be naked or barely clothed. You can see this alot on Youtube when looking up mods.

I found a few Raiders who were better looking than my own character. I usually note down their ID's and try and remember to go in the GECK to look for them, maybe use their face on mine. I never do, though.
Yours isn't too bad, though. I rekon she looks better than that raider chick

I like the second picture, though. Maybe its the outfit, but to me it has a 'wild west' feel to it.

@thatonecanadien: If I could make a decent male face I'd play a male (even though I'm not one) and one wearing not a whole lot at that.
Although you should've seen the ruckus I caused in the Oblivion forum a while ago when I dared to post a skimpily dressed male character in the Pictures thread that was made up mainly of half-naked female characters. A girl in a bikini is normal, but a guy just wearing the same amount of next to nothing was (and probably still is) a big no no :rolleyes:

I clothe my female characters in what I would wear in public myself - so no mini skirts, bikinis and open shirts. It's just not me

I don't have my characters walking around half naked - apart from anything, they would be shot to pieces! - but all the same, I don't see what the problem is. Tastes vary. I've seen some very effective screenies of characters with not much clothing, for Fallout and for Oblivion. Some of them male!

Really, it's quite a natural fascination though. Not something to worry about. Indeed, six and death are probably the most primal fascinations of all. :grad: So uh, it seems somehow fitting for gunbunnies in lingerie to be boinging around the capital wasteland...

But I digress...
