Pictures of Fallout Characters #33

That's a shame, I really like the robot companion. How come you don't want to release it to the public?

I made it for an special secret project only, which will be huge, epic and totally sixy!
The release date is when its done.
But one thing i can tell you guys. Some very famous modders are working on it.....

Nothing new, unless anyone wants to see http://a.imageshack.us/img405/8895/88570365.jpg
No idea what happened there. The bottom half was fine.

Looks like a super mutant stomped on your hand. Ouch!

Wallpaper!
I'd like that in a postcard, thanks :goodjob:

I've seen the corsets but not the jeans. I have denim shorts but they're not as detailed as those.

That's a nice sunglare. It has more glarey bits than mine have which makes it more realistic, IMO.
Just in front of it, facing front I'd put a person there. Not doing anything inparticular, just standing, staring straight ahead.
By the time I'd have lined my character up in the right position the sun would have been high in the sky, or if sunset gone completely

Thanks, wasn't actually going for a screenshot at the time, was just passing on my way to Arefu and i thought i'd capture it, since i play in 1st person my character wasn't seen. I'll switch to 3rd person next time, but my character is ugly so maybe it was for the best :)

As well as new face transplant, different savegame. I started over. It's not really that far back when using that Broken Steel-ready save. If I had to chase Dad around the wasteland one more time...I'd have shot him myself. Thankfully I can skip all that and start much later on.

Oh ... some shots of a unreleased top secret mod. I think on my harddisk are some similar shots to :poke:  .

I add a little story from my character so it doesn't get boring:

The long road to Vegas:

Hmmm... New Vegas, Caesar Legion this must be the right place for me as slaver.

I asked David (you remember the guy from the Pet Sop) if he could lend me his car, but he didn't allow it. He was so suspicious that he hired an http://www.flickr.com/photos/sesom_07/4931161739/#/photos/sesom_07/4931161739/lightbox/ to stop me from steeling it.

While waiting till this guy get out of it (he can't sit in the car forever) I recognized a http://www.flickr.com/photos/sesom_07/4931161687/#/photos/sesom_07/4931161687/lightbox/ leaning on the wall of the car tunnel.
One moment... Vegas... Caesars Legion... I need this armor... Now!

http://www.flickr.com/photos/sesom_07/4931753904/#/photos/sesom_07/4931753904/lightbox/, http://www.flickr.com/photos/sesom_07/4931753830/#/photos/sesom_07/4931753830/lightbox/

2 minutes and a few gunshots http://www.flickr.com/photos/sesom_07/4931753970/#/photos/sesom_07/4931753970/lightbox/

No! This guard has a someone who is http://www.flickr.com/photos/sesom_07/4931753774/#/photos/sesom_07/4931753774/lightbox/ for him. There is no chance to get this car in the moment. Maybe I should http://www.flickr.com/photos/sesom_07/4931162215/#/photos/sesom_07/4931162215/lightbox/ or still stay in Wildwood NJ for a month or two. However I am now prepared to join Caesars legion.

?Ave Caesar, morituri te salutant"

At the end some shots of other Wildwood inhabitants.

No no no no, this can't be happening, what have I done? I-I just went off.... it's like I went blank and suddenly I'm shooting them dead... I... I'm not! This is just like before! Chief Hannon... he... he was gonna kill me! I had to shoot him! And Mack...! It was him or Amata! I only lightly tapped him on the head with the bat... right?

....Oh god... I have a killer instinct... What would Dad think of me now?

And also, a recap pre-reboot, just for you Pariah... :P :whistling:

http://a.imageshack.us/img294/2395/86553914.jpg There are other variations that I would have done but standing there wasn't reallly the ideal place.
http://a.imageshack.us/img844/6668/82269434.jpg Wrong sword but better than nothing.

I think there's a mini nuke in L.O.B Enterprises. All attempts at tossing a simple frag grenade in a certain direction resulted in everybody dying horribly <_< Well, Clio dying and the others being knocked out.

http://a.imageshack.us/img828/3331/53986509.jpg Well, not for Clio.

http://a.imageshack.us/img822/7513/29683786.jpg They also had their usual weapon glitches (Axes and Swords mostly), so Clio was boxed in <_<
Yes, that's Sydney. She had a little...accident with the console. Because I use Project Beauty I can only have one or the other - Sydney as a follower or Sydney with an improved make-over. So, I thought I'd attempt a makeover myself. Through the console. That never works out very well.
So, it looks like I'll have to open the GECK instead. Vanilla Sydney is rather boring. PB Sydney looks much better.

Forget the GECK; just load up the two mods in FO3Edit, right-click on the record for her in the follower mod, choose "Copy as override into..." and put her into a new .esp. Then in the right-hand window, scroll to the bottom of the record, and drag the facegen data from the makeover mod to the new .esp. Just like that, you've got a compatibility patch.

Drag the facegen data...I get a circle with a line through it meaning no can do. If I try and click and drag each line, the lines with the bunches of numbers and letters in it. The far left column that just says Facegen Data isn't draggable.

Yeah the actual data is the hex numbers, drag that. Some headers you can drag, some you can't, this seems to be one of the latter.

EDIT: actually I just tested this, I got the "NO" sign on both BUT dragging it farther turned it into the "+" sign allowing me to drop the facegen data to the other esp.

Next day tried again, but it's not doing it for me. I can get the + if I drag from one line to the other (within the same esp) but not into another nor the panel over on the left no matter where I put my cursor.
Maybe I'm using an old version, assuming there's a newer one  I'm using 2.4.9
Looks like I do need to upgrade. Just checked. That or maybe try using http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=9064.

Edit: Even after updating to the newest version of FO3Edit it's still not letting me drag those fields over into the new esp, let alone anywhere besides the same esp.
I'll try the other program.

Try right-click edit, and then copy, and then right-click-edit-paste.

Edit doesn't come up for the new esp, just 'hide no conflict rows' and 'column width,' I can't even manually input anything. Those facegen fields are blank and it won't let me add anything even manually.
I'd ask if someone could do it for me but they'd need to have both the Sydney Follower mod and an older version of PB - I don't like some of the edits that are done in the new one so have never updated.

Very weird... it's supposed to, except for the Fallout3.esm which is write-protected by FO3Edit...

You did "copy as override" the NPC in question, right? Or had an override record in another plugin you were altering?

Originally when I opened FO3Edit I loaded up Fallout.esm, Project Beauty.esp (am using an old version) and Sydney Follower.esp; Going from what Kristoffer said, as I've never done it before, I expanded the branches of the Sydney Follower mod, in the left-hand column right-clicked the entry for Sydney and selected "Copy as override into..." which I saved as a new esp.
Then back in the left-hand side I expanded the branches in Project Beauty, selected the Sydney entry and in the right-hand side scrolled down to the facegen data. That window shows the (now) three mods that edit her. Only Fallout.esm and PB have data in the facegen section. The other two are blank and I can't edit them in any way, either by right-click or dragging from the other colums. I just get the circle with line through it if I try and drag any of the data anywhere outside the PB esp.

My GECK takes eons to shut down so the less times I have to open that up the better :) But, if all else fails I guess I'll use that instead.
