Is it just me or are the textures for Roberts washed out? (The other one is even worse which is why I switched). I would like something high-res like the female ones get. I don't know how to do it myself

The 'HD version' does. Basically the 'HD Version- Recommended version' file is a pluginless replacer for the skin and hairs, so it was easy to install it for New Vegas. No plugins needed.

Thanks. As for the textures, I'm not 100% sure on what they are from. I just dug around in my FO3 folder, trying different ones until one looked good, not to mention I kinda tweaked them. If I had to guess though, I'd say they were from http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=272 mod.
