kinda makes the NCR look like complete loosers (witch theyre not supposed to be) when they cant take out a silly little raider group armed with varmint rifles when they themselves have service rifles and medium armor.

Well, to be fair. The legion has several advantages, despite their inferior weapons and equipment. They are fanatics, who follow the word of Caesar without hesitation, they have no regard for their own lives because failure is punished with death, and that makes them incredibly dangerous. In addition, they're all in extremely good physical condition, most were vicious savages before becoming part of the legion. The legion is dangerous because they've got nothing to lose. if they die in battle, then that beats being crucified or beaten to death by their fellow soldiers, so they fight completely without fear or hesitation.
The NCR on the other hand, have soldiers of very varying quality, some are disciplined and very skilled, such as Boone and the rest of 1st Recon. Others are just regular people who get rifles thrown in their hands and are sent out to fight a relentless enemy unlike anything they've ever seen.
There's a reason the NCR is having trouble with the Legion, equipment doesn't measure strength.

Then we've got two new shots of Sam's new outfit. It's the Scorpion outfit on NV Nexus, I wasn't quite happy with all the extra stuff, so I went with the plain version, but I'm constantly looking for some cool clothes that fit a wasteland wanderer.

Does anyone know what causes lack of eyebrows when doing a face transplant? I can have freaky Cynna with no eyebrows, or normalish with a permanent scowl on her face and no way to alter it.
