Pictures of Oblivion Characters #270

First of all, make a backup of the original esp before you do anything!
Ok! Fire up the construction set! (Assuming you have the higher rez face textures for regular orcs)

1. Hit the yellow folder and double click the race's esp file. Click "set as active file"
2. On the top tool bar, hit character>race.
3. On the left menu select the half orc race
4. Then select the tab "face data"
5. Click the top most right box
6. Navigate to Oblivion>data>textures>characters>orc>headorc.dds (it should already start Oblivion>Data>textures)

That should do it! If not, i'm sorry i tried! :P
And i'm sure someone here can help you if i gave you the wrong method! :)


Seems to have worked, thanks! You can even make out some cool features now from the added textures on the age slider. Would be cool if I could apply them without actually aging the character.

Alright! Point for Ashley! :D And no, far as i know the only way to get the aging effects is to, well, age the character! :P

I noticed the scar in the first one too (nice evolution, by the bye). Quick tech question-- the only way I can think of right off to accomplish that is to make the character his own unique race in the CS so that you can point it to unique textures. Is that the process or is there something easier I'm overlooking?

Even in Nightshade, something about a guy carrying a torch just makes me think of AF. :D NIce shots.

Sorry, I said something stupid, couldn't quickly find a way to delete my post, so I just decided to edit my post to that to save face and to prevent some forum nonsense drama from happening. I don't actually remember what I said, but I didn't mean it, or at least I thought about it for a second and realized I was being an idiot.

Most of the characters I have made are usually a custom race. I just duplicate the vanilla race my character normally uses and customise it (like adding custom hair & eyes) to make my character to how I want without breaking all the npc's.

Um... well.... AF would be the Adoring Fan. It just struck me... you know.... guy following you around, carrying a torch... even if you put him in Nightshade and get rid of the yellow up-do..... Granted he's far more handsome than the Adoring Fan, but still.... um....

The third picture explains the huge smile on Sonny's face in the second one. I know I would be smiling like that in the same situation, having such a sight before me. :D

It turned out pretty good for something I just tossed together in a few minutes.
