Pip boy app can't find ps4

Post » Thu Nov 26, 2015 12:52 pm

Dear Sir or Madam,

I bought the pipboy edition and after unpacking it I was thrilled. Stripped it on my wrist, mobile in it etc, but then disaster struck. The app cannot find my PS4. I already turned on the settings and restarted the game, restarted ps4 etc etc.. They're on the same wifi network and every other app has no issues finding my ps4, just the pipboy app. Without the app the pipboy is just a plastic piece of garbage so please help me :(

I also asked support on the site for this and they just gave me an automatic response with links I have already seen 20 times. YES it's on in settings. YES I restarted. YES they're on the same wifi network. Every app works fine just this one svcks.

It's on an iphone 6 btw. Newest ios.

it seems your router doesnt add the clients into the network and it has nothing to do with the gameitself. check your routersettings.

I'm having this same problem. I also have iphone 6. The Pip boy app is enabled on my ps4 and they're both using the same Wifi. But the app keeps saying No Device Found.

Had the exact same problem that I tried for 2 hours to solve. In the end I powered off everything including the router and then restarted router (wait for a connection to ISP to be made) then restarted PS4 and checked network connection for PS4. Start game, go to Settings, then Gameplay and then switch on 'Pip-Boy App Enabled'. Exit game and then restart game. Switch app on and bingo it found my PS4.

I would also suggest that the 2 device's are on the same ip range so they can see each other.
