Ah, I thought it was like an Official Timeline of Fallout feature. Where it was like a historical database with dates and events LOL. But it's "just" a date/time ;)

Yep... some components I didn't expect to see like silver.

lol it's nice having a phone that can get apps. If you've got any questions, throw 'em my way. I'll answer them as best I can.

Interesting enough, but what practical use does it serve? Look at stats and inventory when not actually playing the game?

Don't read too much into the map. It is only visible in Demo this week, and may have no relation to the real map.

Seeing as Bethesda has released it for public viewing I'd say so.

I don't intend to use the app too much until I receive my pip-boy, but it has excellent presentation; Bethesda put a lot of care into this app.

Edit:

Hover over the animal friend perk, it will drive you insane...

So what's the deal with PC players who don't have WiFi or bluetooth hardware? Safe to say not usable?

Wait... I remember that!

God, i'm old :(

But seriously, no wired USB connection? Ah, right, since when has anything but the phone's own software been able to communicate trough that.

Nope. And if a wired connection was an option, there'd have to be a hole in the Pip-Boy toy for the wire to come out, and that'd just be awkward.

It looks like a crater... So that's a pretty good possibility. Quite a distance from Vault 111. Which is marked on the map as a cog icon....

Disappointed with the map. Almost half of it is water (when you factor in the ocean and rivers). Better be some under water areas to explore.

There's a perk devoted to breathing underwater.... so that's a given.

Anyone notice you can play Atomic Command if you click the small holotape icon! It's pretty awesome.

Yeah I figured as much. Oh well. I'm not dropping money on a wireless card or bluetooth card for a second screen app.

Connects via wireless connection to your local network.. Was said at E3... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1t_YHgo_HN4&t=14m35s.

What I was wondering was if two people are playing fallout on the same network is there going to be an option to connect different games it detects?
