Setting in game is on.

I've quit and restarted the game.

windows firewall is off.

PC and phone are the same network. PC is hardwired, Phone is on Wifi.

Alt+tab to desktop doesn't alter me of any connections, which is probably normal because firewall is off.

Any ideas?
