Yeah, I know that now. The moment I had posted was it only the Amazon with the Xbox One. Then it Best Buy for the Xbox One opened up, then Best Buy for the PC, and so on. At least, as far as I'm concerned with the I used website that was tracking it.

I just managed to preorder the pip boy edition on Amazon. Pete Hines tweeted there were more. Get 'em while you can people!

I just got my first phone. That solves the problem of having an empty Pip-boy. Not like I was going to give the Pip-boy away if I didn't ever get one.

Just ordered the CE for Xbox One from bestbuy.com.....PS4 is sold out, Pc is GTG @9:30 CDT.

Went to Amazon immediately after Resident PMed me. My excitement level just went over 8000!

I got an Xbox version. If I cant find a PS4 version for sale, I will try to trade this for one. Thanks for the heads up.

Managed to pick up an XBox edition from Amazon. Last I saw they still had some left for Playstation, dunno about PC.

ordered my PC version of the Collector "pipboy" Edition on amazon. but they are going fast.

Amazon has said its unavailable for the last couple hours for me.

well I had just got around to posting that I got one. but I bought it about 2 hours ago. I guess I should have clarified that. Sounds like they did go fast.

I've been possessed by a mild form of hysteria ever since this CE sold out so fast. I just had to get one for myself and it really svcks that so many people missed out on this, but in the last two days I've managed to pre-order one from the UK and now one from Canada (because Game UK's pre-order seems suspect) and I got both leads from this forum, so if anybody is still trying I suggest keep checking these posts because it worked for me.

Today was a very good day. When Amazon made some more PC & Xbox One versions available for preorder, I managed to get one before they were gone.

Both Game UK and Bestbuy.ca are now sold out on all platforms. That window closed as quickly as I expected. I never realized buying a collectors edition would be this difficult. Fallout 4's hype level is far beyond most other games I guess.

I keep refreshing that amazon page but no luck so far if any one else sees it go up some where do a fellow fan a favor and post about it here immediately. I would do the same.

I wish I could get one on Amazon.

Worst case? I had one pre ordered, amazon fudged up my payment, told me to cancel and re-order it the next day, but it sol dout.

I signed up to be notified when it's available but haven't got an email yet even though it's happened twice now.

I was just thinking, I remember when Sony released the limited 20th anniversary Playstation 4 console couple of months ago. The color to be the same as the original and each unit was individually numbered. I can't remember what other features it had. I didn't know about it until the next day, when I was reading my gaming news. I read it sold out quickly. Some were sold on ebay for $2k. Didn't surprise me. I wasn't upset because I already own the white color one but would've been nice to add to my collection.

Anyways, if you can't pre-order one in the next 5 months. Wait for the release date and call your local Gamestop (if theres one nearby). I remember when Bioshock Infinite Songbird Edition was sold out everywhere. I waited for the release date, then called my local Gamestop and was able to order one. People who initially put down payments, later for w/e reason can't pay the rest and cancel.

I wanted to buy the collectors edition but again, sold out everywhere so I just settled for buying a regular copy on steam . My awesome girlfriend bought the collectors edition the day after e3 for me and I didn't even know about it till today! Love that girl! Idid read today that Bethesda is looking into getting more made, they didnt realize the collectors edition would be such a hit. I think they will release more, if they don't, they're crazy.
