Haha true, but it would be very odd if a Galaxy phone didn't fit it. I am pretty sure out of all the android phones, Galaxy is one of the more popular brands

Even if it doesn't fit, it's a [censored] pip boy. How cool is that? Imagine the photoshoots and cosplay opportunities lol

I don't. I sell my own crafts online.

Personally, I loathe individuals who bargain with property they don't own yet. For example, say some unfortunate, desperate soul bought a copy on eBay (paid full price. Overpriced, of course), and that seller/scalper/***hat preordered their copy from Best Buy. Best Buy has the terrible habit of taking too many preorders, not being able to provide those copies, and canceling those preorders. They've done so multiple times in the past. That desperate soul therefore spent way too much for a copy they won't even receive for possibly months.

Yep, sadly Ebay is testament to that.

I'm completely with you on that Mikhail. It's a load of BS and it shouldn't be allowed on Ebay. I'm betting those purchases were made in bulk and that one per customer rule went flying out the window. Searching Ebay, you'll find "preorder copies for $249 and up.

I don't have a lot of sympathy for US buyers. Y'all had multiple opportunities on multiple sites (Amazon, Best Buy, gamesas's store) to buy one after the E3 announcement.

However, in many countries outside the US the PipBoy edition was an exclusive to one specific retailer who quickly sold out. That svcks, and I feel for you guys.

Besides the individuals who are payed fortnightly or weren't able to buy it because they were still waiting for payday.

Not really an excuse. Most (if not all) of the retailers offering preorders don't charge you until the item ships. You've got five months to get the cash.

So at E3 on Sunday night Bethesda announced the Fallout 4 Collectors Edition with a Functioning Pip-Boy. The CE's were sold out before Monday night. Monday. Night. It's Wensday and there is no Pip-Boys for people who aren't ebay Douchbags trying to sell it for nearly $300. There was no opportunity for people with JOBS to get it at a reasonable time. And people are already selling it on eBay! Bethesda needs to figure out that true, loyal fans of Fallout want these and not Ebay [censored] who want to get rich by selling it. If there isn't gonna be anymore I'll just wait untill Fallout hits the discount rack because that is what they deserve if they do this.

If you sell a million cubes, for $60

But then you sell fifty thousand triangles and cubes together for $120,

However, a rival company or you sell an extra two hundred thousand triangles and cubes together for $120 too

Kind of devalues the exclusivity of the Collector's Edition now doesn't it? It is a damn shame that people bought stuff that they don't even have yet and are selling it for profit too. Honestly think it's againist the law somewhere to sell people nothing. But I'm sure the CEOs of E-Bay won't give a damn. Also long as they get their share of the money, they'll probably let anything that seems legal enough slide.

F#@& ebay and the users who take away from true fans only to make undeserved money. this should be illegal if it's not. I am a true fan which is why i will get one, one way or another. but it's still infuriating

too bad ebay and paypal are going to take a huge % of their sale... but have fun making a few bucks A-holes..

All the ones I went to (Gamestop and Amazon) said they would charge the whole price immediately upon pre-purchase. There was no option to just put some money down to hold it.

Your mistaken about Amazon, they do NOT charge you until it ships. Which is 5 months later. I was one of the lucky ones to place my pre-order & my CC has not been charged.

Yep. No deposit, no charge until the item ships. You give them the payment info, but Amazon's pretty clear about the fact that you won't be charged for the item until it ships. I snagged my (one) copy first thing Monday morning when I got up. I've learned from collecting military surplus firearms that if you snooze, you lose - waffle for a few minutes on buying that surplus Hi Power and someone else will buy it.

I suspect they'll make more available for sale, in any case, so I wouldn't go supporting the scalpers yet.

Yup, at first I was unsure but after chatting with a CS rep. They help clear all my questions fast. But I don't know about Gamestop. I rarely shop there.

there was obviously not a snowballs chance in hell for everybody who wanted one to get one. so for people saying that you didn't jump on it fast enough is annoying and a slap to the face of the same loving community you are apart of. so rude

Thats what Amazon said about Witcher 3 CE. Both times they restocked. As soon as I was near the checkout screen. They removed it from my basket. I refuse to pay the jacked up $ on ebay. So far I been waiting patiently for the hype to go down, as well as the price. Hopefully, they restock it later.

I probably misread the Amazon page in my rush to try and preorder in time. However at the Gamestop I tried to preorder in my local store and I was told by the manager that I had to pay in full to preorder the Pipboy edition. He commented on how weird it was.
