The first link is the storage location on your computer so that will only work for you. The second link is to your Facebook page which can only be viewed by your friends, so again not useful. You need to upload to a photo hosting site.

Is that a crack in your pipboy screen lol? But I have seen times where my pipboy will do a quick garbled image animation but then goes back to normal.

its more like water under my screen. it moves around and distorts things. it wont go away

Don't get it wet you idiot, those things aren't cheap!

Kidding aside, it actually looks like an in game thing and not a glitch... it's WAY too well done of a mechanic for it to just randomly do that. Try doing some in game style fixes (checking for chem addictions messing with your head, sleeping, going someplace dry for a while, use a stim to see if it's an affect of head cripple affect?) first off.

Also, if you click the touchpad down while looking at the pipboy it zooms in. try that for a fix.

Honestly that's what I was thinking too, there's some sort of in game mechanic causing it. Stop taking so many drugs. ;P
