Pip Boy edition fault

Post » Fri Nov 27, 2015 2:31 am

I tried to contact support the day F4 came out. As soon as I opened the box and tried to use the Pip-Boy I realised it had been shipped without any foam inserts, so now it's stuffed with tissue to fit my phone in there, it's a pain and it looks like crap. I've sent you multiple support requests with photo's attached of the receipt and where the foam inserts should have been, as well as posting on the forums and haven't heard anything. All I've received are automated email replies directing me here or to a Pip-Boy FAQ page, or replies from your forum admins telling me to send another email, it's a useless loop and it's broken.

Frankly this is unbelievable, I don't expect an instant fix, but at least a reply or some acknowledgment, instead of the same copied and pasted "If you have an issue with your Pip-Boy from the Fallout 4 Pip-Boy Edition, you can contact Bethesda Customer Support at:" message. I paid for the Pip-Boy edition, and I have not received all the items that are supposed to be included in the box, as it stands I have a faulty product that does not contain all the components advertised. If I could, I'd just go to GAME (the store I purchased it from) and get them to sort it out, but since it's a sold out limited edition no one but Bethesda can replace components.

I've loved your games for years, and I love Fallout 4, but this is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Please fix this... it's a joke.

I really hope you'll get an answer from Bethesda, and not a formatted answer like most big companies seem to use. *brofist*

Since they only made so many units, due to the factory stating they would not make anymore than their contract said, I would assume there is nothing left over to help you out with. There most likely won't be any more produced. It sounds like the factory or packaging company forgot to perform great quality control. Sorry to hear it, but, you should just send it back to the store and get a refund and just buy the game by itself.

Na they're replacing it. It was just hard to get past the automated response wall. They were very easygoing about it as well.
