Pip Boy edition missing both Software and Pip Boy Manuals

Waited and waited and waited and FINALLY my Pip Boy edition arrived! I felt like the Nintendo 64 kid and it was amazing! Was a little sad to find out my Galaxy S6 doesn't fit it properly, but luckily I had my old S3 lying around that did fit it so Hooray for that! Then I gleefully went to install the game so I could get the full experience but... wait... where's the CD Key? Look up an unboxing for the PC edition (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zsE0a-UpXdI) according to that video my CD Key should be on this white leaflet which is strangely missing from my box. I'm also missing the Pip Boy manual which tells me how to install my phone and use my Pip Boy. GREAT! OH! And to make matters better, my game wasn't even sealed!

BUT WAIT THERE'S MORE! I've tried BOTH Bethesda contact numbers and who could guess it? Neither one works! If you try to contact Bethesda (301-926-8300) you get the work around with "Operator is not available" which then loops back to the main menu! Hooray! If you try their ESO number (844-936-4629) then you get told that it's an old support number and you should contact them via their website! WOO HOO! GO BETHESDA SUPPORT!

So now I'm making a public showing of the support being useless and wanting to know where the hell my items are!

EDIT: As per Aestheic-God's advice, I pre-ordered from GameStop months ago during the 2nd wave of Pip Boys.

EDIT2: THE SAGA CONTINUES! I finally got a hold of Bethesda support (after 2 hours of waiting in chat). They directed me to GameStop saying they were responsible as I paid them. Fair enough I thought. So I tried to contact GameStop. 3 hours of waiting on the phone later, I eventually got through. They told me that I would have to contact Bethesda as they were the manufacturers of the item. Greaaaaat. They OK. So I get a hold of Bethesda again today. NOPE it's not their fault they claim! It's GameStop's and they'll have to do something about it. GameStop should have extra keys since the Pip Boy edition was just a regular FO4 key and not some super special version. OK COOL! Call up GameStop yet again and let them know the situation, NOT OUR FAULT THEY SWEAR! They don't have any extra keys to give out to replace my game. At best I'd be able to mail it in today and HOPE they have a replacement copy that they could send me by Thursday at the absolute soonest. So now I've managed to get in-contact with Bethesda's support number and am awaiting their response.

Total time in support so far: Over 12 hours.

EDIT: FINALLY RESOLVED! Only took 20 hours to get resolved but I FINALLY got my key to activate my game!
