When pressing 'E' to activate the Pip-Boy all I get is the green text along the bottom. I get no visual display of the actual pip-boy.

Anyone else had this issue?

My "fix" for this, if you have a gun/rifle with a scope set up with a hot key, select it, then "right" click with your mouse to zoom in. For whatever reason this "fixes" the problem for me every time... it's not an actual patch, just a work around. If you don't have a rifle/gun with a scope equipped, then the only thing that worked for me was reloading from a prior save.

Another thing you can try is that worked for me was going third person and back to first or vice versa.
