Pip-Boy shipped with broken button, email support no help

Hello! I ordered the Pip-Boy edition for Xbox One. It was delivered today around noon, and upon opening the package I noticed that the top right selector button was damaged. it has been pushed down into the unit at some point and it broken.

I tried emailing for support twice, but it keeps looping me back to the same email support, which isn't working. (That's the help . bethesda . net/ask address.)

I purchesed the unit through Best Buy, who told me would ship me another until - but it's on backorder and sold out - so they weren't able to give me a time frame in which I would receive my unit. This means I would have to wait an indeterminate amount of time to play the game - which is the most important part, and that's unaccepatble.

I'm hoping that going straight to the source will help, as it is outlined to do so in the pip-boy manual. I will reiterate that the email support is NOT WORKING, so please don't reply with a link to that, it'll just loop me back through the same system for a third time. I love your games, but I'm really happy I haven't had any problems up until this point, because your support is ... well, bad.

On top of all this trouble, I tried to post the link that people are being referred to, and it came back and said I couldn't do that - so I got to type all of this twice, too. I'm really starting to get annoyed here.

Here's hoping help (and a new Pip-Boy) is on the way!

Exactly the same situation here. Wife opened it, touched the button, and that was all she wrote. We've also gone through the email support loop twice.
It seems to be a fairly common problem, so hopefully it will be one that is addressed quickly.
