I would like to know if tts bug, when i have 24 settlers in Greentop Nursery settlement... i heard that maximum number of settlers is 10+ your charisma level (mine is 7), so... can you imagine 24 confused NPC's in such small territory as Greentop Nursery? damn lol..

Btw. Pip-Boy workshop mode still shows funny numbers, like 0 settlers in Sanctuary or weird beds number in Slog and Tempines...
