I can't use my Pip-Boy anymore and I am not able to run with my character after I left my Workshop mode.

The only way I can run or use my Pip-Boy is when I equip a Power Armor.

I already tried loading another game, killing myself (explosion, bullets and drowning) but nothing helps ..

Already played for 30 hours and the last thing I want is a restart..

If you're pressing the button to bring up your pip-boy, and you hear the sound but can't see it, switch to third person, then back to first. That seems to solve the issue. Though it doesn't seem to stop it from happening again.

It doesn't work for me.

I don't hear the Pip Boy sound when I equip it, but I can switch with LT/RT.. I just don't see the Pip-Boy itself.

Can you uninstall and reinstall the game but keep your saves? I'd try that if you can. Good luck.

Edit to add: I'm sure you've already tried this but restart your system?
