Does anyone have the skill to both:

A: Make one like this but allow the main and equalizer windows to be re-sized.

B: Make a Pipboy 3000 version.

If you set up your file associations properly, all you should have to do is double click on it and it will autoinstall.

Sorry i can't help you build a new one.... But nice find nonetheless

Description tells that it has been updated more recently, when Beth got the rights for IP. It's also worth noticing that it's "classic" skin so it doesn't have all features of newer versions, it has some as media library at least wasn't on features in time it was originally made.
