i can hear the noises on the pipboy and i can press on things, but the words dont appear. i have restarted my pc multipule times, reinstalled the game and deleted mods. i added a few mods and when i went into gammorah and they took my weapons it got fixed, then i uninstalled the electro city mod and i went to my last saved game and it didnt work again. this is a real game-breaker for me. please help. heres my load order:
