This all stared when i battled a deathclaw. after the battle was done the pitboy character always looks injured. No matter how many stimpacks, addictil, resets of the game or naps on a bed i always show im hurt. I also do not hear myself talking but i can hear everyone else?

To add a note after the battle with the deathclaw it chopped my head off but i didnt die? . Do i have a glitch or a addiction i cant cure?

So... your head came off... and you are wondering why you can't hear yourself talk. Yep, sounds like drug addiction to me.

If you change to third person mode is your head still missing?!

To quote a gameplay fix in 1.3:

• Fixed issue with player becoming dismembered while still alive

I would recommend going back to a save before you lost your head, and maybe updating to the beta
