So when I try to bring up the pip boy while outside of power armor I can't see it, I can see perk cart option and stuff on the bottom, but I can't see anything else. If I'm in power armor it all shows up just fine. Any help or suggestions?

Are you wearing any chameleon armor? It does weird stuff to the Pip-Boy.

Yes, chameleon can do that. When you're wearing an armor with it, stop moving before bringing it up.
It can disappear without that too, but so far just switching between 1st and 3rd person fixes it. Same when guns disappear.

I have that issue from time to time, and when it happens my hands and guns disappear too. They still work although I can't see them. I fix it with a game reboot.
