i'm just starting out and probably doing something dumb. I've got PipBoy turned on in Settings and I can see the menus and inventory when i'm at the toolbox. i can move stuff back and forth to the toolbox. I can't see my inventory or the PipBoy in spite of repeatedly pressing B or anything else I try with the controller. What do I need to do to get the PipBoy and my inventory to appear? I would appreciate any suggestions.

You can't access your pipboy from this menu. Its made specifically for item transferring. The items on the left hand side of the screen are the items from your inventory/pipboy.

You'll have to exit that menu and hit B if you want to enter your pipboy.

I left that menu and clicked B and nothing happens. I can click B, hold it down, etc. and the PipBoy doesn't appear.
