Map Pointer Will Only Go Up, Left, And Right. Will NOT Go Down. Map Is Pretty Useless. Please Help

No I installed the game did. And was playing for an hour and realized the map pointer doesnt work right. And I dont know what keybinding is.

Delete your INI files in Documents My Games Fallout 4, get rid of any mods you're using, validate game integrity in steam.

or (C:\users\\Documents\My Games\Fallout4)

Depending on the file viewer settings they could simply be labeled as:

Fallout4

Fallout4Custom

Fallout4Prefs

*Fallout4Custom(.ini) may not be present

Thanks all I figured it out the full screen option was the problem. Working great now thanks.
