I am having this bug where outside of my power armor i cannot use melee, dash or use Vats. When i pull up my pip boy, I cannot see the screen.

I also cannot sit for the Dangerous Minds quest.

I had this bug pre-patch and i could fix it by getting in my power armor naked. Now this doesn't work and it is quite game breaking since it wont let me sit for a main quest.

Any ideas?
