Its pretty annoying problem that suddenly happened last night while playing. I looked at pipboy then shot stuff and whatever then I checked the pipboy suddenly its all zoomed in like crazy, how do i fix this.

Press V (default) this allows you to zoom in on the pipboy and terminals.

If that doesn't fix it, adjust the FOV. Note: Save your game after adjusting FOV, so that the changes are saved.
