You must have a
DEDICATED graphics card, at least as powerfull as the Radeon X800 Pro, and the missing 256 MBs of RAM is almost certainly being used by an onboard chipset video chip, such as an HD 3200. That's not good enough, and the CPU is too slow as well.
OK, even if you had some sort of Zero MB HD 2400M, that's not even as good as the newer HD 3200 chipset video chip.

If you actually had an HD 4250 version of a chipset video chip, it is roughly about 20% slower than the desktop HD 3450's class, still too slow and weak:
