Who cares i dont blame them for not wanting to spend 60 bucks on a broken game.

is anything going to be done about game pirates being able to play on legit ranked servers?

This kind of response helps no one. It just conveys that you don't like the game, which can be conveyed in a lot of other forums that are for people who are dissatisfied.
@OP Crytek doesn't release a lot of information about when they're going to release a patch, and what they're currently working on. It's safe to say that they will not leave it at it's current state and abandon ship so you can assume that more will be done to counteract the piraters and hackers.
