I agree with you with most of that but there are some people who can fire big caliber guns one handed with not much problem, im not saying anything to fire people up but bgger people have better chances to do it NATURALY just due to size. Yes expierience is a big issue to learn but it dont take much after u fire a gun to compensate power as long as u are strong enough to hold it. Now multiple firing will be much slower and you have to hold it not directly in front of ur face do to the gun coming back at ur face but many people have figured this out, just look online in competitions.
I won't disagree with that at all. I guess I should amend "a good chance" to "a not insubstantial chance". Especially for revolvers, which in my experience tend to kick a bit softer than a semi-auto, maybe be cause gasses escaping in the gap between barrel and cylinder acts as a natural sort of porting, who knows? That's just what I've experienced personally. Might also be because the revolver I was using is heavier so it dampens some recoil.
Also note that most people that can pull that off still have to be in a good set stance, doing it while running over open ground for cover is a whole different animal.
I guess the level of experience required and the requirement to be strong enough by a minimum str and guns skill for the perk.
But even in that case it doesn't solve the inability to use the sights.
On the OTHER OTHER hand good six-gun competition shooters don't have to use the sights for trick shots, they use the body pointing method the FBI used to teach. So I could see it in the context of the southwestern-inspired FO:NV with revolvers only. Especially because most revolvers are fairly ambidextrous to begin with. That's an issue people haven't brough up yet either, many (but not all) brands of guns are right-handed. Reloading is still the issue though.
