Place Furniture properly with script

Post » Mon Oct 01, 2012 3:31 pm

Hello,
I have created a spell that will place a chair or a bedroll or other furniture at the current place.
When the player casts the spell, the furniture is placed but depending the angle the player is looking, it will not "sit" properly.
Those item cannot be moved as items with gravity because they are furniture (and this is what i want to do).
Any ideas how i shall me them place as they should? (the chair with legs not flying, bedroll not flying etc).
Something like when we press z at the Construction set to place them on the ground.
Thanks

I have discovered that i can use GetPos/SetPos and GetAngle/SetAngle from console and I can move the items around carefully to match my desires.
Anyway I think this covers my answer.
Thanks anyway
