I'm looking for a mod that adds a house which is buyable or isn't free ( I don't want a house or home or anything given to me without me doing absolutely anything), I looked over the internet for something suitable but I couldn't find any. But the house has to be small I don't want something huge I just want a small home or something. I was also thinking if there isn't such a home for me , then maybe you can tell me if I can find a place within game that I can make myself a home ( like a place that has a safe stash and a bed , non-respawnable ofc ).

They are expensive I can probably only afford the one on the waterfront but it just doesn't suit me, I was hoping I could find something else

Well it doesn't really matter, it doesn't even have to be a house and it doesn't matter what inside I just don't want it to be rich with all sorts of items. I think I would even be satisfied with a lets say 3000 septim one room home with a bed and a closet with 1-3 containers and a chair and a table ahaha. I'm not looking for anything special just a small house or home or whatever you call it

If you want something that doesn't shout "rich", is out-of-the-way, can be had for completing a smallish but worthwhile quest, yet has a lot of amenities you might want to look at http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=29126 standard or COBL-required versions. There's a lot to do on the farm, mostly common-folk stuff, but you don't have to do any of it. I myself rarely visit there since my avatar needs quick and easy access to IC on an almost daily basis. The farm is not terribly far away, about half-way to Cheydinhal near one of the Daedric Shrines, but I have several closer properties that suit me as well or better.

It's very hard to belive that you can't find anything on the internet.
I suggest browsing through TESNexus and PES.
There's literally hundreds of homes that fit your desciption.
Time for you to do some reading instead of us doing it for you.

You can find loads of mods that add houses/castles/properties in general - be it DLCs or user mods, have a look in the forum or on TesNexus! :thumbsup:

The vanilla house in Bravil is also probably suitable too. Or Leyawiin. Neither of them is upper class by any means.
