Every time I try it says "cannot wait in this location". WHY?

In the Sierra Madre? Because just about all of the beds in the Villa have been exposed to the cloud (they're outside due to all the destroyed walls). There are 1 or 2 you can use though that are fully enclosed indoors.

Do you know where? i need to repair my limbs and am very low on stimpacks!

Well is there a doctor somwhere? I'm gettin a little fed up with this!

There's one in the Police Station, and one somewhere in Salida del Sol, I think.

There's actually quite a few beds you can use. The police station, the ruined cafe, that one ruined house in puesta del sol, i think you can sleep in the medical clinic although I'm not sure about this one, don't hold me on it. In the sierra Madre itself of course and that's about all i know. Never really had to sleep during the whole dlc, always shot myself up with adrenaline so :shrug:

At the Clinic, you can use any of the Auto Docs (besides the one you found Christine in) to heal crippled limbs and inject yourself with adrenaline to take care of your sleep deprivation. Make sure you pick up the Stimpak holotape there if you haven't yet.

Also, you can get Doctor's Bags from the vending machines without finding a holotape for them.
