does anyone know if they are planning to release Skyrim on the Mac. I want to make mods but no longer have a pc and dont want to be restrained to playing it on the xbox.

There's no mention of a Mac version on their website, so I'd say the chances are not very good.

Only if the Mac is new enough/has a pentium processor, I believe.

This has been discussed extensively in the past and as there is no mac version in the works so bootcamp is your only option to play it on mac.

For the record, Fallout 3 and Oblivion run just great under bootcamp. Win 7 cost me around $130 NZD I think
