Platinum Dog Tags ... how?

I've been reading the forums about this and they all say to press square when you customise your Dog tag, well I tried that and nothing happened. Am I missing something?

I put the code in as soon as I got home with the game. Pressing Square isn't doing anything, and I downloaded the DLC for it with the code I got with the game.

Yes either the platinum code or where you press square

you get it with the limited addition crysis 2 pack.
