PLATINUM DOG TAGS IN LIMITED EDITION

where do you find the platinum dog tags. I have downloaded the promo code and its installed(I have the digital camo and scar attachment) But I cant find the PLATINUM dog tags(I have found the others). Help please

Look around operation something, there you should be able to change your dogtag backgrounds and toggle the platinum tag!

yea I have changed my dog tags several times but i cant find it.
Is it a mystery dog tag?

You press Square I think whilst picking your dog tag and it changes the surround to platinum.
