Hi, I tried join a instant action game unranked to play with a friend.
And it's not possible? There's not even a way we can start a private server like in Call of Duty... Will this come eventually? I really love this game but I see some flaws, and being second in the series those shouldnt be there.

Good question, I didn't think about that. Maybe a server admin here can tell us if it is possible to modify the server to start with less than 4 players. If not, that's pretty weak... But then again, servers are unfinished too, so...

Couldn't you host the server and make it password protected? That's what my friends and I normally do for MP bashes.

Because it also annoys me that when I want to play Instant Action, I join that, and next game there's voting for something else....

My server is set to start a game with only one player so it can be done. And you can password it to stop others coming on. Different server admins set their servers up differently. Some like a mixed gametype whereas some like to have a constant single gametype running. If you want to host a server you have to rent one from a Games Server Provider. Try Gameservers.com. I also find this very annoying. Hosting private servers for friends, or a clan match, or just to test something would be really great - without having to rent a game server for that!

It shouldn't be listed on the main server list, but should be accessible via 'Connect to IP'.
