This has to be the most rushed buggiest game iv ever had the misfortune of WANTING TO PLAY! its a good thing i didnt spend my hard earned money on this crap stuck with a piece of software that isnt compatible with MOST PC's! I dont care if this pisses people off or not obviously your the lucky 1% this game works for. I really love fallout and all most all games this company has put out, but unfortunately in this day of age its wiser to buy a console due to the fact that every console is exactly the same and these guys obviously could care less if only some people lose there saves or this game is unplayable due to it crashing every 20 mins randomly. google fallout new vegas pc crashing and see all the different fixes problems glitches patches you name it. then google fallout new vegas xbox360 and notice how much less a problem it is on console, even tho it obviously has problems on a console too (which should say something). iv sat and watched ppl playing this game all day long on there xbox with not a single problem. Im not going to sit here and list my system specs or any of that because i simply give up on this crap coded software. iv been editing ini files, installing patchs, updates, updating my drivers operating system you name it and after reading countless forums where people are having the exact same problem iv come to the conclusion that this game should only be played on a console where its tried and true. im at the point where im like why? why do i have to do this? why cant i just install this freaking game and play like normal? why all these patchs updates glitchs fixes save games being deleted or corrupted? this is crap and i totally believe this company could careless. the money is in the console anyways. why would someone with half a brain want to do any of that when u can just pop in a cd in your xbox or ps3 and play like normal? like i said i dont care if this pisses people off or not. this is a warning to all those would be customers clueless to what a piece of crap this game really is on a pc. dont waste your time BUYING this game until you TEST it out by downloading it first. thats what i did and i dont care if u think THATS the problem. trust me i got the same piece of crap you all do too, cept i didnt waste my money trying to get it to run on pc. i dont believe in piracy but this is one of them rare times that im sure glad i TESTED it out before i BOUGHT it and im still pissed off!

Did you ever consider that the pirated version you got wasnt up to date? Yes, the game had some serious issue when it was released, but the vast majority of those were resolved. The game is very playable now.

FYI, game works just fine for me. And I'm a strictly PC gamer. I wouldn't buy a console for any reason.
