I recently wiped my hard drive and reinstalled fallout 3, when the launcher comes up everything looks fine. I click on "Play" but then nothing happens, its the equivalent to the Exit button. I remember the first time I clicked on it though, it had an error message that mentioned Windows Features turn on or off, or something like that, and then it proceeded to do nothing, but it never came up again, I enabled and disabled everything on the Windows Features thing and it still didnt work, I re installed fallout and it still didnt work. I played it just fine before on the same computer. I'm really stumped here guys, I can play every other game just fine, and I dont want to restore to a previous point. I have the Steam GOTY edition version. I also noticed the same problem happens with all my games that use Games for Windows Live. I tried to instal it but it says Install failed or something, might that be the reason? I never like games for windows live anyways, Link to download it please? I can't seem to install it on my own.
