It's a very simple little mod, you play as a two-dimensional dinosaur.
If you don't like the racial stats, learn how to open your CS, and learn how to type.
Dinosaur scribble done by me in Paint, everything else done by Chainy. Cleaned with Enchanted Editor.

Yeah, wouldn't make any sense, since he's man-sized.

Maybe you're confusing this with the recent Godzilla release? he's man-sized, too. Doorways kind of restrict sizes.

I haven't tried clothes, only armor. from the pics you can see it is worn from an invisible sideways person.... it would be a little odd.

I remember this from the community WIP thread like yesterday. My roommate and his girlfriend (also my roommate, boarding house etc etc) found it on PES a couple hours ago and they laughed so hard it woke everyone up.
