No Playable Female Characters

Post » Tue Nov 16, 2010 9:22 am

This being my first time on thisa forum I do not know if this has been discussed.
My girlfriend and I live in seperate residences we both enjoy playing co-op campaigns. We both have xbox live and will from time to time play online. I realized looking at the Brink site and the pre-generated characters there aren't any females in the line up.

A simple search for female would have found your answer in about 1000 other threads...to answer your question, no.

You couldn't use the search feature? Wait forget about the search, you couldn't look on the main page for one of the many topics o-

Forget it.

We see this topic a lot, we get tired of seeing it. Sorry if someone gives you a , but, again, we do see this a lot.

We're actually really nice. We just don't take kindly to people ignoring the search function, as do most forums.

Here's your Welcome Turtle. :turtle:. I'd offer you a Brink Bible, but with release in a few hours, that's redundant. If you still want it, it's the orange link in my sig.

Also, for your troubles, here's a cookie. :cookie:

When people keep mentioning this we all have to remember.

Rahdo and the rest of the SD team wanted to include females. But they didn't want to just duplicate things from the males or delay the game even more, they wanted to do everything right. It's highly likely that we will see them in the future.

well i look at it this way; take all the clothing they have made and put them on a girl....................... its not pretty is it? so if they did do female charecters they would have to have a whole new wardrobe just for them, and that would set the games release back even further for people. so if it matters that much to you and with all these female charecter topics they will probaly make female charecter DLC so just be patient and it will come. and what if you wanted a girl but a heavy body type wouldnt that look a little strange? im not trying to offend anyone because after all there are girls in the military driving tanks and weilding rocket launchers, so it can be done. and yet again be paitent and it will come

Brink 2? I'd been here since the original announcement of Brink, so you bet you can find me here.

And it is quite funny that people are complaining about female characters when it'll probably come in the future ^-^.

There is a current active thread on this topic. So I am locking this one. Those of you who couldn't resist a pointless snotty post about searching will be hearing from me. :stare:
