I spawned Uncle Leo with console commands once, but not once - ever - since I started playing in 2008 have I encountered Uncle Leo.

Started a new game today and less than 2 hours in, I encountered Uncle Leo at a Red Rocket east of Fairfax ruins

I encounter Him quite often, but I often use a Scoped Weapon as a set of Binoculars when playing. I can see Uncle Leo being shot because He is a Super Mutant, and a Player may never even realise what They have done if They are not regularly looting everything. I can also see a Player avoiding Him because He is a Super Mutant.

I had the option of saying that I'd never seen a friendly super mutant before - he was the very first mutant I saw after leaving the vault
Also, did anyone ever encounter Talon Company at level 2? There were two very close to Megaton in my game, lucky I already picked up Dogmeat.

If you did, it was a glitch or you found there camp in the South DC area (West of Greyditch). Talons are in game in a couple of places and you can always find them if you go to those places. However the Spawning Talons which can happen in several places doesn't happen until you have some Positive Karma built up, at least Good and that is pretty hard to get at L2 unless you give a lot of water to a beggar.
