Player advisories; Our do's and dont's. Share your thoughts.

Ok so this is a simple type of thread. From the available information on ESO, list JUST THREE changes you absolutely think the game should make, and three changes you absolutely think the game shouldn't make.

Rules:

1. Try to choose options you feel about equally on for all the lists.

(Yes, this means that for all of you negative nancies, this means digging deep and finding parts of ESO that you really like, and for all of you peppy cheerleaders, find your inner goth.)

2. List only three options per your list!

3. Don't criticize others choices! If you don't have something nice to say, well you know.

4. Make sure your change falls strictly in ZOS territory; nothing that they can't change directly.

5. Do NOT insult other players with one of your options, either directly or with a terrible cameo

6. Since this is an MMO and we're bound to get new content all the time, try to consider this from a "I'll only get these three Do's as content for a very long time, and these Dont's will be almost permanent!"

7. Please provide unique options for all items in the list /cough

Go!

Do's:

1. Add non-PvP campaigns

2. Add more landmass

3. Add non-instanced dungeons outside of Cyrodil

Dont's:

1. Add a cash shop

2. Make PvP the only end-game

3. Let unbalanced abilities stay unbalanced

First come my nutty ideas...

DO:

1. (Expensive) Guild ships with ship to ship combat via player controlled cannons, boarding, decorate-able on the inside like a guild house, etc. And of course, lots of islands to visit. Perhaps even have the ships be perma-destroyable or in the cae of boarding-capturable... this would create an EVE-type sub-game where you can lose things, heightening the stakes, thus making it "real". This seems like an expansion-type feature.

2. A couple of MOBA-type battleground maps. Given the popularity of MOBAs, I don't understand why other MMOs haven't leveraged this type of gameplay. Throw in the fact that ESO uses a flexible build your own skill system it's tailor-made for MOBA gameplay. Use Sheogorath or some Daedric god as the lore reason for the maps (characters imprisoned in mad realm, escape by fighting). And don't throw in an "honor" mechanic that would take away from Cyrodiil- ex. you can only gain skillpoints to a Sheogorath skill-line via winning these MOBA maps.

3. Chess/Checkers/Stuff mini-games to play in the city, in-game.

DON'T:

1. Flying mounts

2. Take 8 months between content patches

3. Asian stuff: Pandas, Pokemons, Samurais. I'm really worried about this considering I've read some lore about the Akiviri which apparently are asian-inspired. I like to keep my Final Fantasy out of my High fantasy.

DO

1: more bag space

2: more bank space

3: give the horse 500 feeds instead of 50, and make them hourly instead of daily, and off course make it possible to use all on bag space

DONT

1: instanced PVP

2: more crafting materials

3: cash shop(unless its a shop where the only thing i can buy is bag space...)

edit: edited to ad in no instanced pvp you can que for EVER

I couldn't condone a MOBA inside ESO. I will literally stop playing,

That is actually the only thing that will make me drop a game. I can deal with horrible class balance, broken quests, corpse camping for hours, etc. all rolled into one,

MOBA..no thanks. Everyone else can enjoy it for me, I'll go to a different game.

That's just my opinion though.
It's a Z in french. Try it.

DO:

1. More public dungeons. Solo PvE is for overground areas. Group PvE is for below ground areas.... I hope it's not like 4 public dungeons at max level and that's it.

2. A large underground area. A huge public dungeon that incorporates pve and pvp. Think Underdark (Forgotten Realms), Blackrock Depths (WoW). A world beneath a world with lots of exploration and many ways to get exit-enter.

3. Find a way to keep areas relevant after you've quested in them. Be it a PvP Red system or scaling PvE content.

DON'T:

1. Invalidate my gear when an expansion comes out. Going from epics/legendaries to greens makes me feel like I wasted my time playing your game (which I did, but don't rub it in my face).

2. Add too much fast-travel/teleporting.

3. GO F2P. We believe in you!

To each their own. You do realize that you have no obligation to queue for a moba-type battleground, right? *shrug*

I do.

I just feel having the MOBA would attract certain people to the game that I don't want to be involved with. Not you of course :P

I'v only had bad experiences in MOBAS, and the player base is too aggressive for me.

Do's:

1. Female Argonian Strippers

2. Male Argonian Strippers

3. Transgendered Argonian Strippers

( What? I had to whenIthril complained about the sixy lizards!)

But seriously:

DO WANT:

1. Chat interface that enables channel-swap in a single post.

-City of Heroes let me do this and it was the best thing to be able to 'talk' in /say and do an /emote with one enter-click. It let it synch well. "/say Buzz off creep$$emote goaway"

2. RP instancing

-Be able to make some kind of check box so that others with the same box(es?) checked will be more likely to see each other in the open-world instancing. Can be extended to more purposes, but mainly RP for me.

3. Extended Character Creator

-It's pretty good right now with the body morph, but the details are a bit off. Needs better hair for most races, as well as better details like beards, piercings and other things, like tail length for khajiit and argonians.

DO NOT WANT:

1. A Global Auction House

-I rather the economy be made up of player-shops and not have the developers make an auction house people can dump things into. You can vendor your junk or try to haggle with a craftsman guild for supplies.

2. More classes

-Stick with the base four, I think, and then if you do expand, make new skill trees not new classes. I don't see the good thing of having to start-over from scratch. You'll still need to level the skills anyways.

3. Raids needing more than 8-people

- The only time I had fun with raids with more than this amount of people was in City of Heroes (Easiest grouping I ever had in an MMO). In WoW it was just dumb. Everything was too damn required and couldn't just jump into a fight. I am fine with gimmicks, but getting that many people, especially for a highly difficult fight is like herding cats.

League of Legends

It's a multiplayer battle arena. You pick a character with special abilities on a team and take out the other team. You make a little army type thing and destroy the enemy base at the end of a small map before they destroy yours. That type of thing.
