are there any player character idle animation mods that work in third person? I have researched the topic on my own last night and read a small history of mods that attempted to make one. Really very interesting stuff but it was going back to around 2006.

Third person idle animations for the player character has been around for oblivion but what about morrowind these days. The other characters have great animations in morrowind so I guess my question is; why can't these animations that exist in game already be ported to the player character? And/or have they?
